Gilling Leads or Aquazoom Leads as the original name was are used for Drift Fishig over wrecks and rough ground with Sidewinder Sandeels, Redgill Sandeels etc. The slim profile of the leads minimises the effect of the current and cuts down on the lead drifting away on the current.
